SALT LAKE Town — Law enforcement arrested a Salt Lake guy who they say sexually assaulted a lesbian female, telling her he would “fix the gay.”

Salt Lake police on Thursday reported the scenario is remaining investigated as a possible despise crime.

Adam Quinn Atwood, 34, was arrested Wednesday for investigation of item rape, forcible sodomy, kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and forcible sexual abuse.

A lady, who told law enforcement she is gay, went to check out her close friend in Salt Lake City on Sunday night. The friend’s spouse, Atwood, was also there. At some position throughout the night time, the good friend fell asleep and Atwood and the lady ongoing chatting.

The female said she kept telling Atwood she doesn’t like guys in an try to get him to prevent. She stated Atwood “told her he was going to fix the homosexual,” according to the affidavit.
